The Bowery Theatre and St Albans Community Centre (STACC) is the home of Creative Brimbank.

It encompasses performance and exhibition spaces, arts and crafts studio, a dance studio as well as flexible community spaces ideal for functions, events, meetings, training, and more.

The 202-seat performing arts Bowery Theatre recognises the late Leigh Bowery, who was born and raised in the West and went on to become one of the most influential international arts figures of the 80s and 90s.

In addition to live performances, exhibitions and other arts activities, STACC also runs the Koorie Homework Club, Maternal and Child Health immunisations, many Learning in Brimbank activities and more.
