Individual Support Program
Provides funding to enable children, young people and adults 13 to 64 years old with intellectual disabilities or acquired rain injury to live in their own housing, whether family homes, bungalows or rental or public housing. The program focuses on clients whose parents or primary carers are ageing or in poor health. Funding may also be available to employ outreach support to assist the primary carers or to assist the clients themselves with daily living and access to appropriate services.
