Kealba Green Gully Cricket Club was first formed in 1979. It initially competed in the now defunct Sunshine District Cricket Association and now are competing in the North West Metropolitan Cricket Association. We have 3 senior sides competing in the NWMCA and have also started our junior programme with the introduction of Milo cricket in 2014 which has been a huge success, which we are now striving to create junior sides (Under 10’s & 12’s) for the upcoming season.
Located at the Green Gully sporting & recreation complex, Macrae Boulevard Kealba. Kealba Green Gully has had varying degrees of success over the seasons, playing off for a number of premierships in our relatively short history. We now are currently playing in the North West Metropolitan Cricket Association ‘A Grade’ competition the “Luscombe Shield”. Seasons 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2014/2015 & 2015/2016 have seen Kealba Green Gully Cricket Club become the powerhouse of the NWMCA by way of winning the “Luscombe Shield” A Grade Premiership 4 times in the last 5 years.
