Early Childhood Intervention Service (ECIS) & Inclusion Support
A home, community and centre-based early childhood intervention program and preschool education for infants and children 0 to 6 years old with developmental delay and diagnosed disabilities such as Down Syndrome, autism and Fragile X. A health team of early childhood intervention workers including teachers, social workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists provide services that reflect family priorities for their children.
Cost To Clients: Inquire.
Referral: Parent, guardian, agency or health professional.
Assessment: An initial assessment is conducted via home visit, after which families are placed on a waiting list.
