Residential Rehabilitation Service provides accommodation and rehabilitation over one to two years for young people 16 to 24 years old living in the western metropolitan region and experiencing diagnosed mental health problems.
The service assists clients to gain the skills and resources they need to live independently.
Office Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Mon to Fri.
Cost To Clients: Contact organisation for a breakdown of cost.
Availability: Waiting list applies.
All potential clients are placed on a contact list and when a vacancy becomes available, clients on the contact list are considered.
Referral: Self, psychiatric service, case manager, medical or community agency.
Special Requirements: Clients must be within the age range and have a diagnosed mental health problem, familiarity with the western metropolitan region and a willingness to work towards independent living.
Assessment: Assessment is made by Rocket Program staff and may be conducted in conjunction with support from the young person’s family, clinical staff or other support worker.
