Located at 2 City Place Sunshine, the Sunshine Art Spaces Window Gallery provides excellent visibility to both pedestrians and passing vehicles, providing artists a space to showcase contemporary and interdisciplinary projects. The Window Gallery’s street facing exhibitions bring art directly to the public, making the experience of art accessible to everyone.

Gallery objectives

  • Provide a platform for emerging local artists to exhibit their work to the public.
  • Celebrate cultural diversity by showcasing a variety of artistic styles, themes, and perspectives.
  • Make art accessible to a wider audience, including those who may not typically visit traditional galleries.
  • Foster community involvement by showcasing local artists’ work and providing opportunities for inspiration, reflection, and enjoyment through exposure to visual art in their everyday environment.

The exhibition program forms part of the Council’s effort to foster the cultural life of the community. The Council will build on the municipality’s cultural diversity to foster a vibrant community and a creative environment.
