Council completed the upgrade of Wahgunyah Drive Reserve in June 2014 as part of implementing the Creating Better Parks and Policy Plan. The Park provides a high quality facility for all ages and includes a beautifully designed play area with a broad range of equipment such as a flying fox, swings, sandpits, basketball court and a multipurpose play unit in a natural landscape setting. The park also encourages families to enjoy the outdoors with a barbeque, picnic tables, a water fountain and shelter.
A fenced dog off leash area with dog-friendly drinking fountain is also provided creating a park for all people, including dog lovers to enjoy.
