Carer Support Group (HACC)
A support group for indigenous people who are aged or have psychiatric disabilities and for their family carers.
Home & Community Care (HACC) & Care Management
In-home support and personal care at home for Koories who are frail aged or with disabilities to enable them to remain at
home. This includes Home Care, Property Maintenance and Delivered Meals Services.
Assessment, advocacy, referral and limited case management are also provided.
Indigenous Gathering Place
Provides a broad range of services to indigenous people across all age groups. These include health, information to other
services and Home and Community Care services.
